Berkshire and Permira-backed Curriculum Associates, a provider of research-based print and online instructional materials, screens and assessments, completed the acquisition of Ellevation, a mission-driven software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "All of us at Ellevation love what we get to do and the mission we’re committed to.
