The Gund Company completed the acquisition of Power and Composite Technologies from HCI.

The Gund Company, a manufacturer and fabricator of engineered material solutions, completed the acquisition of Power and Composite Technologies, a manufacturer and fabrication of custom-engineered composite components from HCI, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe that our business model’s focus on taking care of each other allows our team to focus on taking care of our customers.
