Morato Pane completed the acquisition of RO.MAR.

Morato Pane, an Italian bakery business, completed the acquisition of RO.MAR., a home bakery business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This operation is part of the strategic plan to concentrate the development on the core market of bakery products. The goal is to strengthen the presence in Italy but especially with the desire to expand our business abroad," Stefano Maza, Morato Group CEO.
