Mimir Invest completed the acquisition of Wartsila Euroatlas from Wartsila.

Mimir Invest, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Wartsila Euroatlas, a company providing its global customer base tailormade solutions for high performance power conversion in naval, aviation and mobile land-based applications, from Wartsila, a Finnish company which manufactures and services power sources and other equipment in the marine and energy markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
