Swire Energy Services, a global energy services provider, completed the acquisition of ALL NRG, a provider of manpower services and project solutions including installation, commissioning & decommissioning support, blade inspection & repairs, and HV services, from Via Equity, a Nordic private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition, alongside the investment of BladeInsight in June of this year, positions Swire Energy Services firmly within the wind industry.
