International Chemical Investors completed the acquisition of sulphur chemicals business from INEOS.

International Chemical Investors, a firm that offers industrial holding of mid-sized chemicals and pharmaceutical businesses, completed the acquisition of sulphur chemicals business from INEOS, a global manufacturer of petrochemicals, speciality chemicals and oil products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very pleased to have completed the sale of the INEOS Sulphur Chemicals business, which now becomes part of a strategic business unit within International Chemical Investors Group.
