Subsea 7, an offshore projects and services provider, completed the acquisition of a 59.12% stake in Nautilus Floating Solutions, a company that designs, manufactures, installs, operates and maintains floating platforms for offshore wind turbines, from Velatia, Astilleros de Murueta and Grupo Tamoin. Financial terms are not disclosed.
