Grupo Lamosa to acquire the tile division of Roca Group for $260m.

Grupo Lamosa, an industrial group, agreed to acquire the tile division of Roca Group, a Spanish producer of sanitary products, for $260m. "At Roca Group we are very pleased that our tile division has been acquired by Grupo Lamosa, a leading industrial company of great prestige within this field, its core business, with complete geographical complementarity and with promising future plans for this unit," Albert Magrans, Roca Group CEO.
