KAPRAIN to acquire Rubena Náchod from Trelleborg.

KAPRAIN, an investment group, agreed to acquire Rubena Náchod, a rubber company, from Trelleborg, a firm engaged in the engineered polymer solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The investment in Náchod-based Rubena strengthens our position in the chemical industry and further diversifies our portfolio. We want to further develop Rubena just like we do with other companies in our group," Jaromír Štantejský, KAPRAIN Executive.
