Prestons completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Winsor Bishop.

Prestons, an official and authorised retailers of Rolex, TUDOR and Patek Philippe timepieces, completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Winsor Bishop, a retailer of premium watches and jewelry. Financial terms were not disclosed. Prestons will now have five showrooms across the UK: Winsor Bishop in Norwich; a Rolex boutique and a Prestons pre-owned store in Leeds; a flagship in Wilmslow, Cheshire, anchored by Rolex and Patek Philippe; and in Guildford, an existing Rolex and Tudor store is changing to a larger unit that opens at the end of August.
