Jump Trading completed the acquisition of Certus One.

Jump Trading, a proprietary trading firm with a focus on algorithmic and high-frequency trading strategies, completed the acquisition of Certus One, a company focused on blockchain consulting and development. Financial terms were not disclosed. Certus One started out in 2018 with the goal of helping build the next generation of Proof of Stake blockchain infrastructure, and quickly build a reputation for technical excellence as validators, software engineers and security researchers.
