MEDIA Central completed the acquisition of Offerista.

MEDIA Central, an operator of a media agency, completed the acquisition of Offerista, a provider of digital commercial marketing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Offerista Group GmbH stands for digital excellence and ideally supports us in our core business.
