Sandvik completed the acquisition of Rocbolt Technologies.

Sandvik, a high-tech and global engineering group offering products and services that enhance customer productivity, profitability and sustainability, completed the acquisition of Rocbolt Technologies, a manufacturer and supplier of specialised ground control products to the South African underground mining and geotechnical industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
