Metropolitan Gaming completed the acquisition of the European and African casino businesses of Caesars Entertainment.

Silver Point Capital-backed Metropolitan Gaming, an investment company, completed the acquisition of the European and African casino businesses of Caesars Entertainment, a casino and hotel company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
