NexPhase Capital-backed KnowFully Learning Group, a provider of continuing professional education, exam preparation courses and digital learning solutions, agreed to acquire ChiroCredit, a provider of continuing education for chiropractors, podiatric and naturopathic physicians, physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
