EOS Partners completed the acquisition of Oertel & Prumm.

EOS Partners, an alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of Oertel & Prumm, an electrical engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, EOS enters the growing segment of building services engineering and will support the Company in its geographic expansion and the extension of the service portfolio through an active buy-and-build strategy to be able to offer customers everything from a single source in the face of the increasing technological complexity.
