ixigo completed the acquisition of Abhibus Services.

ixigo, a technology company, completed the acquisition of Abhibus Services, India's fastest growing online ticket booking platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. ixigo says the acquisition boosts its presence outside of India’s major cities enabling it to offer a multi-modal service across rail, air and road.
