Ufenau Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Alfus Iris.

Ufenau Capital Partners, a Switzerland-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Alfus Iris, a provider of industrial and sanitation hygiene solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
