Raiffeisen Bank, an Austrian banking group, through its Serbian subsidiary, agreed to acquire Crédit Agricole Srbija, an all-purpose bank, from Crédit Agricole, an international banking group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Serbia is a very interesting market for us and offers an attractive growth potential.
