Americold to acquire Newark Facility Management for $376m.

Americold, a major temperature-controlled warehousing and transportation company, agreed to acquire Newark Facility Management, a professional facility management company in Newark, for $376m. Newark consists of one owned facility totaling 11.5m cubic feet that is a single-customer dedicated retail distribution center. The acquisition is expected to close in September 2021.
