LLT Lannacher Lager & Transport, a provider of cargo transportation, completed the acquisition of a 25.1% stake in Cross Cargo Logistics, a logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the takeover of shares in Cross Cargo Logistics, the previous cooperation will be further developed.
