LLT Lannacher Lager & Transport, a provider of cargo transportation, completed the acquisition of a 25.1% stake in Cross Cargo Logistics, a logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the takeover of shares in Cross Cargo Logistics, the previous cooperation will be further developed. We not only offer our customers more efficient structures, but also better services through the respective specializations," Christoph Mader, LLT Managing Director.
