Vivacom to acquire Bulsatcom.

Vivacom, a provider of telecommunication services, agreed to acquire Bulsatcom, a provider of satellite television, internet and mobile communication services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Viva Corporate Bulgaria acquires Bulsatcom in order to support the development of the pay-TV services provider, Bulgarian businessman Spas Roussev, who represents the buyer and until recently was a shareholder in Bulgarian Telecommunications Company operating under the Vivacom brand, said in the statement.
