Palmira Capital, an investor and asset manager in logistics and corporate real estate, completed the acquisition of two logistics properties in Poland and the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. Situated on a plot of land measuring around 31k square metres, the property comprises a lettable area of approximately 21.1k square metres. Of this, around 19.3k square metres is warehouse space and 1.8k square metres is office and social space. The property is fully let for approximately 9.5 years.
