Bruc Energy, an operator of solar projects in Spain and Portugal, to acquire 20 solar projects in Spain from Opdenergy, an independent sustainable energy producer focused on solar photovoltaic and onshore wind technologies, for $820m. “We thank Bruc Energy for the trust placed in Opdenergy.
