Mitsubishi Electric completed the acquisition of Smarter Grid Solutions.

Mitsubishi Electric, an electronics and electrical equipment manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Smarter Grid Solutions, a provider of distributed energy resources management software. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are very excited to bring SGS into Mitsubishi Electric.
