PNC Riverarch Capital completed the acquisition of Fresh Direct Produce from HKW.

PNC Riverarch Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Fresh Direct Produce, a distributor and supplier of fresh produces and groceries, from HKW, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We were looking for a partner who aligned with our strategic vision and could further accelerate our expansion through continued M&A.
