Palladium Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Health Connect America.

Palladium Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Health Connect America, a mission-driven behavioral health services platform, from Harren Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe there is substantial opportunity to expand the Company's patient-centric model into new states and service lines through a combination of organic and inorganic growth," Adam Shebitz, Palladium Partner.
