AccentCare completed the acquisition of Southeastern Health Care at Home from Geneva Glen Capital.

AccentCare, a provider of health care services, completed the acquisition of Southeastern Health Care at Home, a home health services provider, from Geneva Glen Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are truly thankful to Rick and the entire Southeastern management team for the incredible effort and dedication that resulted in a huge win for all of us.
