Eddyfi/NDT completed the acquisition of Zetec from Roper Technologies for $350m.

Eddyfi/NDT, a provider of the highest performance non-destructive testing, completed the acquisition of Zetec,a developer and manufacturer of nondestructive testing devices, from Roper Technologies, a technology company, for $350m. “Eddyfi/NDT is an ideal home for Zetec, and the combination of these businesses will be a great fit for Zetec’s talented employees and loyal customers.
