Storskogen completed the acquisition of Adero, Buildercom, SoVent, Viametrics and Persson Innovation from Ceder Capital.

Storskogen, which acquires and develops well-managed and profitable small and medium-sized companies, completed the acquisition of Adero, a supplier of technical ventilation installation services, Buildercom, a provider of cloud-based information management solutions for property owners and construction companies, SoVent, a chimney sweeping and ventilation services firm, Viametrics, an international provider of people counting solutions, and Persson Innovation, a supplier of carrying handles and applicator machines to the packaging industry, from Ceder Capital, a Swedish investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The five companies that Storskogen has signed an agreement to acquire are currently among the holdings in the investment company Ceder Capital's first fund. All the companies match the type of businesses that Storskogen typically look to acquire – profitable, stable and well-managed companies in Services, Trade and Industry.
