Cox Enterprises to acquire a stake in Bright Farms from WP Global Partners.

Cox Enterprises, a privately held global conglomerate, agreed to acquire a stake in Bright Farms, an American indoor farming company, from WP Global Partners, a private equity firm,. Financial terms were not disclosed. WP Global invested in Bright Farms in June 2014 as part of an agriculture and food production strategy. WP Global held board positions and was a significant equity owner in the Company until 2020 when new growth capital was raised from Catalyst and Cox Enterprises.
