Desktop Metal, a technology company that designs and markets 3D printing systems, completed the acquisition of ExOne, a provider of 3D printing machines and 3D printed and other products, for $575m. “We are thrilled to bring ExOne into the DM family to create the leading additive manufacturing portfolio for mass production.
