Desktop Metal, a technology company that designs and markets 3D printing systems, completed the acquisition of ExOne, a provider of 3D printing machines and 3D printed and other products, for $575m. “We are thrilled to bring ExOne into the DM family to create the leading additive manufacturing portfolio for mass production. We believe this acquisition will provide customers with more choice as we leverage our complementary technologies and go-to-market efforts to drive continued growth.
