Thompson Street Capital Partners and Endicott Growth Equity Partners-backed GovSpend, a developer of a database of local, state and national government agency purchasing data, completed the acquisition of Fedmine, the operator of a technology platform that provides detailed federal government contracting and spend data analysis and growth support solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
