Sony Music Entertainment, a music company, completed the acquisition of a stake in Tiger Media International, a producer of software products for mobile platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together we are developing a direct-to-consumer business channel that gives us instant access to our key audience, parents and children," Patrick Mushatsi-Kareba, Sony Music CEO.
