NorthWest Healthcare Properties to acquire Aspen Healthcare from NMC Health for $38m.

NorthWest Healthcare Properties, a REIT, agreed to acquire Aspen Healthcare, an independent healthcare provider, from NMC Health, a diversified health care company, for $38m. Through a combination of an opportunistic market entry into the UK in February 2020, subsequent strategic portfolio acquisitions and the planned on-sale of the Aspen operating businesses, the REIT expects to materially diversify its UK tenant roster and generate significant value for Unitholders.
