DTR Automotive to acquire Doosan Machine Tools from MBK Partners for $2bn.

DTR Automotive, an auto parts company, agreed to acquire Doosan Machine Tools, a manufacturer of machining centers and other precision machine tools, from MBK Partners, a North Asia private equity firm, for $2bn. Considering the business combination notification process, the sale process is expected to be completed around January 2021.
