Primus Capital to invest in Bloomfire.

Primus Capital, a growth-oriented private equity firm, agreed to invest in Bloomfire, a provider of knowledge engagement software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Partnering with Primus on this significant investment is a real opportunity for Bloomfire to accelerate our growth and innovation while continuing the dedicated support we provide our customers," Mark Hammer, Bloomfire CEO.
