VENI Energy, an energy supplier in Hämeenlinna, Finland, completed the acquisition of Greene Finland, a supplier of energy procurement and energy services. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, VENI Energy Group will further strengthen its position as the leading supplier of electricity procurement services for companies and the public sector in the Nordic countries.
