Rutland Partners completed the acquisition of Southgate Global.

Rutland Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Southgate Global, a provider within the packaging and e-commerce fulfilment sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have sought a new investor who would commit significant investment to the group and back the existing team to achieve our strategic goals.
