Private equity firms Dragoneer Investment Group and Lux Capital led a $110m Series D funding round in Maven Clinic, an operator of virtual clinic for women's and family health. Additional investors include BOND Capital, Sequoia, Oak HC/FT, Icon Ventures and Oprah Winfrey. "With the support of our new and existing investors, Maven will be able to deliver on the promise of digital health for women and families everywhere, offering personalized care that meets them where they are," Kate Ryder, Maven Founder and CEO.
