The Rise Fund-backed DreamBox Learning, an education technology provider, completed the acquisition of Reading Plus, an evidence-based online reading program provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition comes as DreamBox continues to experience strong momentum, which is further validation of its strategy: best-of-breed dual-discipline solution, embedded formative assessment, robust data and analytics capabilities, and value-added services.
