Embracer Group, a Swedish video game developer, through its wholly owned subsidiary Saber Interactive, completed the acquisition of Demiurge Studios, an independent games development studio. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our search for a partner that would give us the freedom and trust to grow our business has led us to this day.
