Oaktree Capital completed the acquisition of High Tech Campus Eindhoven for $1.24bn.

Oaktree Capital, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of High Tech Campus Eindhoven, an operator of a high-tech center and R&D ecosystem, for $1.24bn. “We are excited to be able to invest in HTCE, one of the best science & technology parks in Europe. We are committed to expanding the park, modernizing some of the existing buildings and further develop the high tech ecosystem.
