Kohlberg & Company completed the acquisition of Myers EPS from Graham Partners.

Kohlberg & Company, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Myers EPS, a designer & manufacturer of highly engineered emergency lighting backup power technology, from Graham Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the past several years, we have experienced strong growth as the market leader in the backup emergency lighting market.
