Webster Equity Partners-backed CenExel Clinical Research, a company specializing in multi-therapeutic-area clinical trial execution, completed the acquisition of Advanced Memory Research Institute, a company focused on Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and dementia clinical research. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CenExel AMRI offers a comprehensive suite of memory loss patient resources and exceptional study enrollment and retention rates.
