Menzies to acquire a 51% stake in Interexpresso Costa Rica.

Menzies, a provider of support services to logistic companies, agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Interexpresso Costa Rica, a provider of logistics and goods handling service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am pleased to announce our expansion in the Central American region.
