HIG Capital completed the acquisition of Pegasus Home Fashions.

HIG Capital, an alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of Pegasus Home Fashions, a house furnishing products manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely excited to have the opportunity to work with the Pegasus team.
