Hard Rock International completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Spectacle Gary.

Hard Rock International, a chain of theme bar restaurants, memorabilia shops, casinos, and museums, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Spectacle Gary, the company that owns the Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Hard Rock takeover of the Gary casino comes after former Spectacle CEO Rod Ratcliff agreed to give up his ownership stake and state casino license, ending more than a decade as a heavyweight in Indiana’s gambling industry.
