Grain Management, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Young’s Communications, a construction services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Young’s Communications has spent nearly five decades developing the technical and logistical capabilities to support the build out of infrastructure we all rely on every day,” Chad Rasmussen, Young’s Communications President and CEO.
