Uber completed the acquisition of HKTaxi from Beyond Ventures.

Uber, a provider of ride hailing services, completed the acquisition of HKTaxi, a developer of a taxi-hailing application for citizens of Hong Kong, from Beyond Ventures, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud of our hard work in bringing innovation and better service to taxi drivers and riders across Hong Kong.
